Leilani Marie Mata

Leilani Marie Mata is a licensed Real Estate Agent at South Padre Coastal Real Estate, Inc. and is a member of the South Padre Island Board of Realtors. Leilani was born and raised in the lower Rio Grande Valley.

She is a college graduate from the University of Texas at Brownsville. She has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2013. She also has worked as a property manager for short term rentals for 10+ years, and has an extensive knowledge of second home investment properties. Leilani is hard working, determined, and energetic.

She is very familiar with the Laguna Madre area including Bayview, Laguna Vista, Laguna Heights, Port Isabel, South Padre Island, and other Cameron County areas.

Leilani speaks Spanish. Leilani is ambitious and ready to work with Buyers and Sellers and will always work her hardest for the best interest of her client.
